Privacy Policy

This site is a static guide with no accounts, no forms and no comments. Here is what it stores on your device, what the server records and which third parties are involved.

Who is responsible

This website, candyshortsporn.com, is operated by its editorial team, reachable at contact@candyshortsporn.com. It is independent of EverAI Ltd., which operates Candy.ai and Candy Shorts under its own privacy notice. When you follow a link to the official platform, that notice applies from the moment you arrive there.

Data stored on your device

Age confirmation. When you confirm you are 18 or older, the site stores the value cspg_age in your browser's local storage and in a cookie of the same name, valid for one year, so the gate does not reappear on each visit. No identifying information is stored with it.
Analytics choice. If analytics are enabled on the site, a banner offers a choice and your answer is stored as cspg_consent in local storage. As of September 2026 no analytics tool is loaded and no banner is shown.

Both values stay on your device and are not transmitted to this site's servers. You can remove them by clearing site data in your browser.

Server logs

The hosting provider's web server records standard access logs: the requested address, the date and time, the HTTP status, the referring page, your browser's user agent string and your IP address. These logs exist to keep the site running and to detect abuse. They are kept for a limited period and are not combined with other data or used to build profiles.

Third parties contacted when a page loads

Google Fonts. The typefaces are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Google receives your IP address and the request as part of serving the files, under Google's own privacy terms.
Google Analytics. Only if enabled, and only after you choose Allow analytics in the banner. It would run with IP anonymization. It is switched off as of September 2026.
The official platform. Outbound links to candy.ai carry affiliate parameters that identify this site as the referrer. Any cookies set as a result are set by the platform on its own domain, under its notice.

No advertising networks, social plugins, embedded videos or comment systems are loaded.

Email

If you write to the contact address, your message and address are kept as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of corrections and notices, then deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Given that this site holds no account data about you, most requests will concern the email exchange described above. Send them to contact@candyshortsporn.com and they will be answered within thirty days.

Minors

The site is intended for adults aged 18 or older and does not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. It stores no data that would allow it to identify a visitor's age beyond the confirmation described above.

Changes

This policy is updated when the site's setup changes, for instance if analytics are enabled. The date under the title shows the last revision.
